About Sweet /p/ Speech

We are a small, private-pay speech clinic in Siloam Springs, and we care for people of every age. Below is a little about why we do this work and what you can expect when you come see us.

Speech therapy for every age

You're not too late. We can help.

At Sweet /p/ Speech, we believe every voice deserves to be heard. We provide warm, one-on-one, evidence-based speech therapy for children and adults alike. That might be a child working on sounds and language, or an adult rebuilding clarity and confidence after a change. Whoever you are, you will always know you are in caring, expert hands.

Why we started this clinic

Northwest Arkansas is growing fast, and yet good speech-language care here is still hard to find and often hard to understand. Allee opened Sweet /p/ Speech to change that. She saw families and adults who did not know that help was close by, or who did not realize that what they were struggling with had a name and a path forward.

Our purpose is simple. We want to educate our community, raise awareness about what speech therapy really is, and open the door wider so more people can get the care they need. When you walk in, we want you to feel heard and understood, safe and comfortable, a bit like you are talking things through with a friend who happens to know a great deal about communication.

Because every voice deserves to be heard.

Our approach

We build every plan around one person at a time. Your first visit is a real evaluation with Terri, our licensed speech-language pathologist, so we understand your goals before we begin. From there we move at a pace that fits your life, using methods that research supports and that make sense for who you are.

You get the same familiar person at every visit, someone who knows your story and remembers where you left off. Sessions are true one-on-one time with our full attention, whether you meet us in the office or join by secure video from home. Because we are private-pay, your care is guided by you and your therapist rather than by an insurance company's limits.

What it feels like to work with us

Reaching out about speech can feel vulnerable, and we never lose sight of that. There is no waitlist and no runaround. You call or write, we answer the same day or the next business day, and we take the time to really listen before we suggest anything.

People often tell us that our office feels warm and unhurried, and that we explain things in plain language they can actually use at home. That is exactly what we are going for. You should leave each visit feeling encouraged, clear on the next step, and glad you came.
