SMS Terms of Service

What We Send

We send conversational text messages only. That means replies to your questions, scheduling and appointment details, and general information about our services. Every message is written and sent by a person at the clinic.

We do not send automated, promotional, or bulk marketing text messages, and we never text you unless you have contacted us or given us your number.

Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies and depends on our conversation with you. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Sweet P Speech does not charge for text messages.

Opting Out

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one confirmation message and then no further texts. To start again, reply START.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your care. We can still reach you by phone or email.

Privacy

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for text messaging are never shared with third parties or affiliates. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the rest of your information.

Text messaging is not monitored around the clock and is not appropriate for urgent or emergency matters. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Carrier Notice

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.
