Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?+

We're a private-pay practice, so we don't bill insurance directly. Staying private-pay lets us see you sooner and give you focused one-on-one care, without insurance limits on your therapy. We can also provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

What ages do you work with?+

All ages, from young children through adults.

Do you offer telehealth?+

Yes. You can be seen in our Siloam Springs office or by secure online telehealth from anywhere in Arkansas.

How much does it cost?+

Evaluations are $350. Therapy is $250 for 60 minutes or $150 for 30 minutes. There's no deposit. You pay at the time of service and always know the cost up front. Walmart associates receive discounted rates and a free first session.

Do you treat adults?+

Yes. Every age is welcome, from children through adults.

How soon can we start?+

Soon. There's no waitlist. Send a request and we'll respond the same day or the next business day. Not sure yet? Request a free 15-minute call and we will help you figure out the right first step.

What should I bring to the first visit?+

Any past reports along with a list of your goals or concerns. For telehealth, just a quiet spot and a device with a camera.

Do I need a referral?+

No referral is needed to get started with us. Just reach out. One exception: if you plan to seek insurance reimbursement with a superbill, your plan may require a referral or order from your doctor (HMO and Medicaid plans often do). Ask your insurer, and we can coordinate with your physician if needed.

Who provides the therapy?+

Speech-language pathology assistant (SLPA) services are provided under the direct supervision of Terri Fields-Pogue, MS, CCC-SLP, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?+

Our office is at 608 S Hico St, Ste 107, Siloam Springs, AR. Through telehealth we also serve families across Arkansas, including Gentry, Cave Springs, Bentonville, and Northwest Arkansas.
