Why refer to Sweet /p/ Speech
We know a referral is a reflection on you, so we work hard to make you look good. There is no waitlist, and we respond the same day or the next business day, which means the family you send does not sit and wait while a concern grows. Every visit is true one-on-one time with a licensed speech-language pathologist guiding the plan.
Because we are private-pay, we are not boxed in by session caps or coverage rules, so we can meet each person where they are and adjust as they progress. Families tell us they feel heard and comfortable with us, and that is exactly the experience we want to give the people you trust to our care.
How a referral works
It is simple. Send the family our way with a quick email or phone call, or pass along our information so they can reach out themselves. A formal referral is not required for someone to start with us, so there is no paperwork standing between them and their first visit.
Once they connect with us, we take it from there. We schedule the evaluation, walk the family through what to expect, and begin care in our Siloam Springs office or by secure telehealth anywhere in Arkansas. You are welcome to share any notes or reports that would help us hit the ground running.
What you receive back
With the family's permission, we keep you in the loop. You can expect a note on our findings after the evaluation and updates on how things are going, so you always know how your patient or student is doing.
If you ever want to talk a case through, we are glad to pick up the phone. Our goal is a real partnership where you feel confident every time you send someone to us.

Are you a pediatrician, ENT, teacher, or fellow therapist? We'd love to partner with you. Send a family our way and we'll take it from there, keeping you updated with the family's permission. Referrals by email are welcome. Please send patient details from your practice's secure email.
